Who Can Join?

• Anyone over 18 years old
• Must register using the DrinksHQ App
• One membership per person

How It Works

• Present your digital member card in the DrinksHQ App at checkout
• Earn points on eligible purchases
• Redeem your points for discounts in-store

Points Basics

• 1 point = $0.01 value
• Points expire 12 months after earning
• Points are awarded based on gross profit of the product — e.g. a full-priced wine pack of beer earns more than discounted wine or cases of beer.
• Points cannot be earned on tobacco products (by law)

Redeeming Points

• Minimum redemption is $1 worth of points
• Points can be used at any DrinksHQ Rewards store
• Present your card and ID (if requested)

Membership Perks

• Access to exclusive events, tastings, and brand meetups
• Priority booking for members based on tier
• Special member-only offers and notifications via the app

Important Notes

• Points and rewards are not transferable
• Misuse or fraudulent activity may lead to suspension or cancellation
• You may be removed from the programme if banned under RSA laws or self-excluded
• Membership is free and can be cancelled anytime
